Professional Trainers…

The other day there was a two day
Sales Training Session in our Company
Topic being how to increase sales
With existing resources and manpower

The trainer had mastery over his subject
He said Reviews were the most important
From the grass root level till the management level
If possible everyday or after three days or weekly
This closes the gap and creates a smooth flow in system

This made me ponder why not apply this principle
In my everyday activities of life
Be it home my relationship with my spouse
My children my domestic help
Why not apply to the time I spend
In my day to day activities seeing
Whether what is productive what is not

This whole exercise has given me a new perspective
Its given me a sense of responsibility to my self
Which areas I can improve and in which I’m good at
How to create harmony in relationships
How to network with positivity creating an aura of power

Results seen a more confident me a go getter
To venture into unknown unchartered territories
Move out of my comfort zone easily
As my focus and vision has become bigger and wiser

Life is so beautiful so full of opportunities
Someone is always waiting round the corner
To guide me to break my limitations my inhibitions
Making me soar to greater heights
The day is not far when the sky will be my grass root level
And I will be tapping the secrets of this universe
