A step back…

Its better to be a failure in the world
But a success in the eyes of the Creator
Its better to be unloved
But be the apple eye of the Maker

The secret is so simple
Yet so profound
When you are a success in the world
In the social circuit in the family
We forget the existence of God

When we fail in the world
In our goals in our relationships
We turn to God so full of emotions
So much love raining from our thirsty souls

To show our gratitude to God
Whatever success failure we achieve
Should be attributed to him
Our existence is a proof he exists

When we die we don’t even have the capacity
Of taking that one extra breath to revive
How come we manage to build such egos
That even God appears a tiny mite

Being positive in gratitude mode
Will be the road map of my life
Always will count my blessings
To have taken birth in this life

Introspect…

While drinking water this thought arose
Thirst for water cannot be satisfied
By all the colas fruit juices milkshakes and beverages
It can only be quenched by water alone

This contemplation led to another question
Everyday we create new desires
Some old ones being satisfied
Giving momentary happiness
Unsatisfied ones creating a greed
To attain it fast and easy
By fair means or foul

In school we copy as we want to achieve hundred percent
In Business we use contacts bribes commission
To show a higher rate of profit and growth
To attain credibility we stick like fevicol
To famous celebrities to the who who in power
We sell our very soul to attain that unattainable desire
Thinking it would endow us with eternal happiness

We are so ignorant not knowing the secret
Material gratification is temporary however expensive
Everything comes with a price
The beautiful baby grows withered and old one day
That is the cycle of this material physical life
Eternal happiness is being unattached
Enjoying attachment while being detached

Quench your thirst for happiness
With love compassion gratitude forgiveness
Smiling in adversity and favourable situations
Living life King Size as we were born
To create not destroy
